Buyer agrees that deposits are nonrefundable. Payment in full is expected by the time the puppies are 6 wks old (no refunds). Puppies will be ready for shipment or pickup at 8 weeks old. Puppies being shipped will be shipped at 8 to 9 weeks old weather permitting. Puppies being picked up personally must have full payment in by 6 weeks old and arrangements made for the puppy to be picked up by 10 wks old, if not buyer loses puppy ,deposit or all money given! When our puppies leave, they will be, current on shots and wormed. They will have AKC registration papers. Genetic/inherited health and hip guarantee until puppy is 4 years old! All puppies leaving Wolfwalker Malamutes are guaranteed for any health / genetic disorder for up to 4 years that will cause death ot inabality to live a normal life and recommeneded euthenasia by buyers vet. . All dogs must be vaccinated on time and have vet treatment for any illness. All vet fee are the responsibily of the new owner once the puppy leaves seller. Any death by negligence of the the owner viods contract as a dog left to run free or escaping can have a lot of terrible things happen to it. Buyer agrees to send copy of contract, all vet history and death certificate on said dog to seller when claiming a death before 4 years old of dog. In all caeses no cash refunds will be given, but a replacement dog of same quality will be given. Buyer is repsonsible for all vet fees and shipping charges for replacement puppy. Buyer can wait as long as they want for the replacemnent puppy as long as they turned in calim before 2 years old. Wolwalker malamutes reserved the right to investigate any said claims if we should feel needed. Which will be contacts with our vet and buyers.
Second purchase pup We wil give a 5% discount on all return buyers on any given pup on any litter at tht asking price.. Buyer responsible for shipping charges.
We reserve the right to refuse sale to any buyer for any reason. We agree to return any money received from the refused buyer. All speical price puppies or older adult dogs will not have a health/ gentiec guarantee , but wil honor ear and second puppy discounts. Buyer agrees that contracts also void if seller is no longer breeding. All puppies must be spay/neutered by 6 months of age !A certified vet letter stating proof that the puppy has been spay/neutered by 6 months or the contract is void !
